• Refund: We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

• Exchange: You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
